I had my HVAC system replaced several years ago. It's the 4th system I've had in my house in almost 40 years, and researched the contractors carefully. IAQ Medics had the best price, including a duct cleaning, as well as providing system options with their varying costs. The system I purchased has been outstanding. No issues whatsoever, with great energy savings. Their yearly maintenance plan is very reasonable in price and their people are very friendly and punctual. Highly recomnmend.

Spring HVAC checkup price and work was reasonable. However price estimate for other work was exceptionally high for the part and labor. The quote for replacing the outside unit capacitor was $400. I found the exact same part (brand and model) on Amazon for $15 and I it can take as little as ten minutes to replace. Only four wires to disconnect and reconnect. This business and others are now charging fix prices for jobs and no longer by time. A way to overcharge for what the job really involves.
