Brad Poindexter was amazing when I needed help with my Control 4 system after changing out my Verizon set top box. I had just spent over $1000 with another company to "reconfigure" the whole system a few months ago...and they wouldn't help me without my committing to another home visit in the hundreds of dollars. Brad took my call on the first ring, listened to my 2 minute explanation, asked me to text him a picture of the set top box and texted me back 2 minutes later with the solution. I will never use anyone but him if I can. Great experience!
