Our HVAC conked out during a heat wave. Robert's responded quickly with an accurate estimate to replace our 20 year old system. They came in person to give the estimate and they were able to install the new system within a week. Everyone from the office staff to the estimator to the installation crew were friendly, professional and prompt. Highly recommend!

My HC stopped working on a hot day. I phoned Robert's, and they send a technician next day morning. Jason Martin, a very pleasant fellow, changed some parts, tested the system, and fixed the problem.

Not impressive but adequate. Got their company name from Checkbook but felt they were overated. Sold us on a few extras that seem useless.
