I was able to lose weight and, once I hit my goal, I am still able to consult with the weight loss coach while I'm learning to maintain my weight. It is a pricey program though.

The amount of time on plan depends on target weight loss. Receive dried food products (eg, egg, pancake, snacks and chili or sloppy joe). Evening meal meat and vegetables and lunch vegetables are purchased and prepared by client. After weight loss go to a maintenance program for a few weeks. Pricey but comparable to TV advertised programs but no charge for maintenance. Weekly meetings with coach
