For an 80 year old male who never had much of an interest in massages, my experience with Massage Envy has been a turn around. I started because of a stiffness in my neck and shoulders and found the massages and stretching to be helpful. The therapist offered various general exercise and fitness suggestions that I found well informed and consistent with what I received in physical therapy, Tai Chi classes and my primary care doctor. The front desk staff are also world class! They are super helpful, well informed about their products and special offers and freebies.
