Excellent service and at very reasonable cost. I had garage door issues! Found them here on Checkbook (my neighbor also used them with excellent results). I left a message last night. Owner Joe called this morning, we set up an appointment, tech Clint came out within an hour or two. Wow! I would highly recommend them. Great customer service - both Joe and Clint have awesome customer service skills. You won't be disappointed (all these great reviews here can't be wrong, right? 😀). Oh yeah, and the doors work perfect now! Thanks, guys.

01/10/25: All of a sudden our garage door got stuck (in the middle of the cold snap. We called Eastern Door. We had them out one other time but it's been a long time. They came the next day and replaced the eye and replaced some sensor - added a new kit that the sensors sit in - the total charge was a very reasonable $248 - The parts were $99 and the labor was the rest. He was here for about an hour -- He was super nice and polite, very organized and efficient- I highly recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to call them again!!
