Next day service and tech called 30 minutes before arrival within an acceptable window. Tech replaced two torsion springs and bearing plates for a reasonable price compared to the three other companies contacted, though not the lowest price. However, quotes should always be for the same service and parts for comparison. Some companies recommend replacing the bearing plates when replacing the torsion springs and some do not. So be sure your cost comparisons match up. Tech answered all my questions. Checkbook is probably your best guide for selecting service companies for quotes and quality of service ratings.

Came out within 2 hours and replaced spings on door, lubricated other doors all for a reasonable price. this is a fantastic company. I highly recommend.
