I have had generally good experience with Eastern Door for years, though we chose NOT to use them when we replaced our aging door. For service, I give them an A. If you are in their system as a customer, they get out to you quickly and their techs are both knowledgeable and helpful. When our old door and door opener had issues, they always provided options to repair or replace, with a bias toward repair -- to extend the life of the door you have. They also charge a reasonable amount for a service call -- at least less than some other providers. For sales and installation, I give them a slightly lower grade. They sell and install Clopay brand doors, and I was ready to go with them, but I got competing quotes (something I always recommend), and Eastern couldn't match the price I received from a Clopay Master Dealer in Maryland. I will still use Eastern for service.
