My complaints with this company are with the office staff failing to adequately communicate with us and the installation staff. They failed to order everything we needed so the installation crew couldn't install everything on the first try. We had to wait an additional 6 weeks after the initial install to get everything right. And that was after waiting 8 months for the four doors to get in in the first place (I get it, supply chain issues). But during that 8 months there was no attempt to let us know what was going on and our attempts to call and find out how much longer we would have to wait were not answered. Frankly, we were afraid that they had gone out of business and we had lost our deposit money. In spite of the front office, the final installation and the quality of products are top notch. The installation crew were professional and made sure everything was absolutely perfect before they left. They cleaned up after themselves and I couldn't be happier with the final results.

I wanted a Pro-Via door - found Home Exteriors through checkbook - door options/selection process was in person at the house so I could talk about exactly what we wanted. Got it ordered and it arrived as scheduled. Door initially arrived incorrectly aligned (manufacturers fault) - Home Exteriors got it re-ordered and corrected - install was on time, no problems. Very happy with the process and end result.
