So far only fairly warranty type service on Jeep Grand Cherokee, but have been pleased with overall experience.

I PURCHASED MY 2001 Chrysler new and had it serviced by them until 2019. It had a broken gas line...something they had previously repaired...and the service advisor was not helpful so I contacted a supervisor who told me they would not work on the car because it was a handicap vehicle...altho they sold it to me and up until then had made many repairs in the past, as well as normal maintenance and inspections. He said the car battery needed replacement for +$200 in order to start even after being told the battery was ok when the car was towed and it would not start because the gas line was leaking too much when the starter was engaged. Did not explain how they could replace the battery altho the car was a handicap vehicle they no longer would work on.
