Tom Muse breached the terms of our service contract by not providing emergency heating service. They expected us to wait 5 days and refused to come on the weekend as the contract stipulated they would. They are under new management and the service, courtesy of staff, and quality of work are terrible.

We've worked with them for decades and always been happy. They were even cheerful on a Christmas eve emergency visit. They have changed ownership in the past year, but so far the quality of service and helpfulness seem not to have changed
