Dealing with Forvis this year has been an ongoing nightmare. We provided our personal records by the requested date in March. After multiple unreturned calls to the accountant in April, she finally called the afternoon of April 12 to say we needed to file an extension, that the taxes were done and being verified, and that we would receive the finalized forms in early May. We called several times during the last two weeks of May and were eventually told verification would be completed by June 8, which has now come and gone. We cannot rate "Doing work properly" because we still haven't received either finalized taxes for 2023 or tax estimates for 2024. This is unacceptable nearly three months after we submitted our records.
