Dr. Mitchell is the best vet we have worked with. Her advice is valuable and her expertise is evident. Her staff are friendly, know us and our two dogs, and it's obvious they all love dogs too. After a mediocre experience with another vet, we are very glad we switched to this practice.

This vet was terrible. My cat, 9 years old at the time, saw this vet once last year as I had moved and my previous vet was too far away. My cat, although diagnosed w/a mild heart murmur at her one year checkup, has never had any health problems. Aside from knowing she has a heart murmur, she has been healthy and the heart murmur has never been an issue. This vet said my cat had gum disease that would require pulling a minimum of 4 to 6 teeth, probably more. However, due to the heart murmur, extensive testing would need to be done before she could be given anesthesia. The cost for the proposed testing was outrageous (easily over $1,000) and depending upon the results, the vet might not be willing to pull the teeth. I was in a panic as if my cat had a serious problem I wanted to take care of it and didn't want her to suffer. Out of desperation, I placed a call to my previous vet. He assured me that I did not need to be concerned about the heart murmur and that the surgery to pull several teeth was an elective surgery which he would not recommend. I would never recommend this vet to anyone!!
