This is a tough service to buy. You get no promises that the suggested fix will work. But I took a calculated risk and it paid off. I had the house retested after the remediation was done and the results were impressive. I am very pleased with the work. I get why they can't swear that the numbers will drop as you are dealing with natural substances - soil, gases, etc. So there is a risk involved but these folks did a good job - and returned when one item needed fixing. And did so quickly, politely and well. Yes. I wish there had been better quality control at the start but mistakes do happen and these folks did immediately admit the error and fix it.
