They completed two and a half full bathroom remodels, installed lighting, new front door, painted exterior and some electrical repairs, total cost $42,000, in our townhome. We subsequently put the townhome on market and sold it for $40,000 over the asking price, which was better than expected. There were a couple of challenges but overall prompt service, we were on a timeline and they got the job done. Very hard working crews. Reasonable price for everything, lower than my other estimates. Ivan was very good to work with.

I had a fantastic experience with M&D for drywall repairs and painting. I had flooding from a burst pipe in my basement which required substantial repairs to the ceiling and some minor fixes to a wall. Ivan came out to do an estimate a day or two after I reached out, had an estimate back to me very quickly, and his team was able to start within a week of my insurance giving their approval. They showed up on time and were very courteous and professional. The drywall was patched, primed, and painted all within two days and looks fantastic - I can't even tell where they installed the patches. They also patched nail pops and uneven areas on parts of the ceiling that were unaffected by the flooding even though I hadn't requested it, which was above and beyond my expectations. My neighbors used M&D to remodel their kitchen, install new hardwood flooring, and renovate a small bathroom, so even though my repairs were limited to drywall, I am very confident in the company's ability to do more substantial work as well.
