Our recent master bathroom remodel was the third Northwood Construction project in our house (kitchen and another bathroom), and Northwood consistently delivers outstanding service. The quality of their work, from design, on-site, and the subs that they use is uniformly great and it more than justifies the higher-than-average costs. The work is done right the first time, and their post-project follow-up is timely. In something as important as my house, I would not use another firm.

We hired Northwood to construct an addition to our house. Bob Bennett and his employees are top-notch. It took a long time to get started with the project, but that was only because Bob is so thorough about making sure the project will proceed with no hitches once started. He helped up to avoid several potential permitting and permission catastrophes by looking at the issues from every angle and pursuing the best solutions within the rules. Once the project was started, it perked right along to conclusion in an acceptable amount of time. The job foreman was first rate and all of the contractors used were excellent. We will use Northwood again without reservation.

Bob Benedict and his team at Northwood renovated my kitchen extensively - new cabinets, all new appliances, flooring and countertops. It was planned carefully, designed for efficient use, and looks beautiful. The work was performed by Morgan - an experienced and very neat home renovations expert - and in record time. A wonderful company to work with!! I recommend them for any renovation - big and small.
