We have used Ned’s 3 times in the past year to clean our gutters. The first time we were home and the service was awesome. The second time they sent us a text while we were at work saying they were coming out that morning - it was raining most of the day so this was puzzling to us. The next time it rained, it was apparent water was coming over the gutters. Third time they came out, water was coming over our gutters again next time it rained; they did not re-position the gutter screens correctly. Neds keeps messaging us that they want to power wash our roof and replace our gutters. We will no longer be using them - we just need gutters cleaned properly!
