I am a Property Manager and have had many doors replaced by Just Doors. I have used several door companies in the past and have called Just Doors back over and over, mainly because of the ease of working with a small company, promptness, great work, and great communication. Their work has held up for years and he provides honest recommendations even if it isn't most profitable for him. With that being said, I paid for this subscription so that I could contradict the below review. I've worked with Ryan for years on several projects and know him very well. He would never show up at anyone's door to argue and will provide an estimate in whatever form requested. I know initially we usually go back and forth via email with prices and details before a formal estimate and contract is sent. There are usually changes that need to be made and details worked out, so I assume that is the reason behind emailing initially. I have had to ask for extensive documentation on doors to provide tenants and owners and have never had any problem receiving it. I would recommend him over and over.

Not Recommended
It took forever to get Ryan out here to give me an estimate. When he finally gave me the estimate, it was in the form of an email. I can't get State Farm to pay out over $5,000 based on one line in an email. Ryan came unhinged when I asked him for a quote and even came to my door to argue with me. I would avoid this guy.

I've had Ryan come to my house at least twice to adjust my Andersen patio doors. He seemed to be the only contractor who knew what to do with that door. Recently I have been trying to contact him to fix my Pella Storm door without getting any response. I have tried e-mails and voice mail messages and have not heard from him in at least four months. I'm very sad about this, because he did good work and I felt like we had a good working relationship. I recommend his work with the caveat that you might not be able to reach him.
