He will also rebuild my deck in Oct 2017.
In earlier years, I had him update a bathroom with wall and floor tile, tile, painting and a new bath-tub and toilet - he brought a plumber to fix some leaking pipes. He also did power washing to remove outside mold on shingles and replaced and painted rotten wood of my bay windows. He usually works alone and is good on any carpenter/ minor structural issues and reasonably priced. For major design issues, the owner should give him advice on what is needed, but he is good at carrying it out. He speaks English fairly well and does free estimates, and finishes basements.
