RRT made a prompt appointment at a convenient time and ordered the parts in advance so there would be no delays or need to leave the car over night. This allowed me to wait for a prompt repair, a convenience that my previous shop would not offer. The mechanic gave the car a free, overall inspection and found an obvious problem that my regular shop had never mentioned. The owner also indicated that one maintenance item recommended by my previous shop was not needed. RRT also has adequate parking, something that other shops lack. I am very impressed with the owner and mechanic's professionalism and will use them for repairs and maintenance in the future.

Fair price for excellent work. I trust them to do the work right, and choose them over other shops, even though their location isn't as convenient to where I live.

RRT is the best BMW repair shop anywhere. They don't recommend repairs you don't need and do the job right the first time. BMW's aren't reliable, but this was my go to place for repairs until I got rid of my second (and last) BMW.
