Had a problem with the rear door not closing properly; it needed adjustment and clips to hold it in place. On multiple occasions they patched it but never really attached it correctly. Also, for a manufacturer recall that only took 30 min according to my receipt, they didn't notify me it was ready until I walked up to the Service Dept to ask; wasting a few hours of my time.
