The person that arrived didn't want to do any work to investigate the problem. They just wanted to jump directly to replacement and conveniently already had a price, which was ridiculous. How does a repair person already know the cost for a part. They don't!

We have a service plan with snell and we have to use them for heating and air. We had our ac freezing over several times and it took over three visits to get it fixed by three different techs
