These guys are great! They replaced my HVAC system. In July. With a reasonable price. And they patched up my old system to keep me cool for the days before the replacement. The install was very professional and only took one day.

Had NVMS perform an annual A/C preventative maintenance service late April 2024 after not having one for two years. Tech was pleasant and got some things right, but downplayed state of exterior coils and need to top off refrigerant that was low by one spec but not by another. Come July 2024 and our six-year-old (and otherwise trouble-free) A/C system was running so inefficiently in a heat wave that indoor coils froze then thawed, causing enough water to cascade inside our air handler that it shut off via emergency sensor. Tech from different provider on emergency call showed me the outdoor coils (which required a deep, specialized cleaning) and that refrigerant was low, both when added together contributed in whole or part to the frozen coils. The April NVMS tech missed obvious problem areas that could have been found with a more thorough inspection of equipment and more cautious approach to recommended services.

I have an annual service contract which provides for a systems check in the spring and fall. Staff are friendly and responsive including on weekends should I have an issue arise.
