We had them out for an estimate, they were very informative and positive we ended up going with a bigger system and another contractor. His price was cheaper but we ended up going with a hybrid system.

Thank you, Stelios and Monte, for responding promptly and resolving the issue in the fastest manner. I think they have exceptional customer service. I called Neighborhood Specialist and left a message when my HVAC was having a problem, continuously turning on and off. I got a call back from Stelios within 30 minutes, and Monte was already on his way to my place, and he took care of the problem at a fare price. I recommend Neighborhood Specialist as they are truly treating you like Neighborhood. Again, thanks guys for the help when it needed the most.
