We have a new house where a lot of things were installed sloppily. Johnson's Polar Air straightened the air ducting system so that air flow to all the bedrooms is now even. They also fixed part of our humidifier that wasn't to code. They had good recommendations to save money. We signed up for an annual contract and have been pleased with the service.

Johnson's Polar Air installed a new AC for me in 2013. Since that time, they have come out approximately 1-2 times a year to repair my two 30 year old furnaces and furnace humidifier. They also replaced my thermostat and repaired the AC the past year. They had a thermostat option that has an enlarged backlit screen with large numbers, making it much easier for me to see with my baby boomer eyes. They always do superior work, the staff are wonderful, and costs seem reasonable. I highly recommend them!

We are very impressed by both the office staff and service staff at Johnson’s Polar Air. Office staff is very friendly, efficient and glad to get you the help you need as soon as available. The service person who’s come to our aid and been able to repair problems another company couldn’t is Mark. We were given an incorrect diagnosis of our heat pump outage and charged $900 by another company who has refused to return our money. Mark diagnosed our outage as possibly being too complex for some other HVAC service personnel to be able to diagnose. He went back to the office to get additional equipment to be able to diagnose and fix it. Our bill for the repair was less than 1/3 the price we’d been charged before. We were very happy and mightily impressed by the expert services of Johnson’s Polar Air. We feel confident that we’ve found a friendly and very competent source for all our HVAC needs, and highly recommend this company and the people who work there.
