Great same-day service, even in the middle of a heat wave. Interaction with the company was excellent, from the initial phone conversation with a helpful and pleasant person, to the service provided by business owner Miki, who repaired a malfunctioning heat pump. I also appreciated Miki’s observations on how to make the cooling system run more efficiently. I recommend this company without reservation.

Don't wait to call Mike and his family. They came within half an hour and fixed the A/C in less. Mike was professional, responsive and helpful and the price was more than fair. He made it all seem easy to resolve. I will call on them again.

They no longer service DC. I have no basis to recommend or not, though the person who answered the phone was helpful and provided a recommendation of another company that does service DC.
