Find someone else. Incorrectly diagnosed the source of a leak because they made assumptions instead of actually investigating, they didn’t even look in the space behind the leak until we insisted. We ended up spending $3K on what should have been a $500 problem. Extremely overpriced and they oversell. Also took 5 hours.

Had them come out to do a semi yearly check. Furnace and AC systems are 10 years old. Was told we needed new systems. Quotes for new systems were given. They seemed reasonable. However, when we had three other companies come and give quotes all three said that we don't need either furnace or AC systems! Alltech will no longer be recommended or used by us.
