This place is awful. My pet was treated here and subsequently was misdiagnosed. The staff here are very rude. I do think profit is prioritized over care for pets. I would not recommend this location.

Our cat developed a severe upper respiratory infection after our vet’s office had closed. We ended up at RVRC and are so glad we went there. It had everything needed to bring our boy back to health, including an oxygen cage to help his breathing. The vets were available by both phone and email and kept us informed at least twice a day. They also sought permission for every round of treatment, were up front about costs, and sent daily updates to our primary vet. Our cat ended up being in their care for three days. (Note: COVID protocols were in place, so we couldn’t go inside. Cases are triaged upon arrival, so true emergencies get precedence; on a busy night, be prepared to wait to be seen.)

One of my cats had a broken hip when I adopted him & Dr Greg Griffin was recommended by my regular vet - he did a great job and my cat is still thriving 6 years later. Highly recommend them!
