I can't say enough nice things about Old Dominion Cleaning. Booking was easy courtesy of Teri, who runs the office. She promptly answered all my emails and was super easy to communicate with. In the middle of Covid, they came out the Monday after the Wednesday I called to power wash the entire front of our home, including a 60-foot long front porch, which is North-facing and gets a lot of mold and dirt buildup. George came out to do the work. He was on time, very courteous and very thorough. The pricing was more than fair. We will definitely use them again. To be clear, we have no affiliation whatsoever with the firm.

my deck which is only a few years old was power washed. unfortunately, there were many dirty spots left on the deck. i asked to have them redo it but didn't hear from the company. called, told them i was going to get someone else to do the work. the deck needed to be cleaned before being stained. i did not trust the person to do the work.
