On the first two occasions that we scheduled assistance the aides never showed up. Given this kind of response, we did not try again. Lighthouse has been unwilling to refund our prepaid evaluation fee of $125.

While with any home health agency you sometimes get an aid that doesn't work out, the agency has been excellent overall coordinating a number of services for our family.
