The initial visit for the estimate to do a series of repairs was cordial and seemed professional. The cost estimate for repairing a porch ceiling was on the high side and the person doing the estimate misestimated what was wrong - said the ceiling boards needed replacement but only painting was needed- but refused to reconsider the cost estimate. In addition one of the workmen offered to touch up a loose ceiling tape but then I was billed extra for this. I did let them know that this was not called for but eventually I paid them to avoid further hassle. I will not use them again. The workmen were nice people but this cannot be said about the estimator. Too bad.

We needed a gutter screen fixed. Jenix promptly scheduled this small repair. The professional explained the repaired to us and went beyond the job and cleaned the clogged downspout. We will be contacting Jenix for future home repairs.
