Had gutter work done along with my new roof. The roof crew was professional but not the gutter crew. After installing the new roof, water was leaking over my fairly new gutters. I was convinced to get new gutters since they would upgrade the venting system (soffits/fascia) using aluminum material. The gutter crew appeared to be contracted out to another company (they wore t-shirts with their company name on it). This crew did a very sloppy job and just disappeared for the day after they had only been there for a short amount time. There was never any communication on when they would come or why they were leaving when they had only taken off the old gutters and the forecast was for heavy rain that night. We have assigned parking in our townhouse community so this was an issue when they would just appear and park in our neighbor's parking space. Finally, the job wasn't even done properly. Water was still dripping behind the gutters when it rained until they came out again and caulked properly.
