My neighbor recommended this company in 2018 to replace my roof. I found them to be terribly unresponsive and disorganized. They did eventually replace my roof but it was extremely annoying to try to get it done. I *think* the work is fine. I haven't seen any evidence of problems yet with the actual roofing. I had to do all sorts of extra steps to get them to get it done, then to prove to them that I had paid the balance (sending them a cashed check image! If I have to do this for a business, it tells me they are disorganized). Despite all this, I need my soffits replaced now (in 2024) and thought I would ask them for a quote to benchmark. They supposedly came out to do the estimate (I wasn't home) but never sent it and have never responded to my emails. So, it looks like things haven't changed.
