We had a great experience with B&B! From our first interaction with Bob (owner) and the staff to Felipe and Fabio on the installation team, we were always impressed with the level of information and coordination. We chose the Provenza LVP and B&B had hardwood trim stained to match. As always, I got 3 estimates and B&B was right in line with the others, but their approach to the project was better. We had hardwood and carpet, so there was a low spot that needed to be raised with plywood once the carpet was removed. A competing estimate said we'd need to remove all the hardwood in order to lower everything to the carpet level, but that would have made the trim and doors a huge mess. Bob measured everything and said that 3/4 plywood would work perfectly and it did. Felipe and Fabio took great care to install the product, trim, stairs, and more. They really did an excellent job and our floors look great. There were some challenging areas to trim out but those challenges were met with a high level of care and detail. They cleaned at the end of each day and conducted a thorough walk through of the entire project before accepting final payment. We still need to get the second floor done and we'll be going with B&B for that work, and asking for Felipe and Fabio back as the install team.

They spent an hour with me in the showroom when I was trying to decide which flooring type to choose, and I really appreciated the informative, no-pressure approach. B&B worked with me to get my contract finalized and the work done on a tight timeline before I moved into my home. Installation of both carpet and LVP was well done, and they even sent a tech out to do two minor corrections (which I probably could have done myself if I'd known how). High marks for customer service!
