,I contacted Charlie, Phoenix Chimney and Venting Specialists with an unusual problem. Charlie called to discuss it with me and, after acknowledging that he does not do the type of service I need, he spent a significant amount of his time walking me through options and providing recommendations on potential contractors who might be able to help. WHO DOES THAT ANYMORE!! I was sorry my problem didn't fall within Charlie's wheelhouse because I KNEW the job would be done right -- the first time. Thanks, Charlie.
