Dr Oshry is exceptional in coordinating care among my many other doctors and actively coordinates with some of them himself. He is the example for a primary care physician. Additionally, he takes time to discuss all the issues you want, which sometimes makes the waits long. If possible, don't book appointments late in the day and forget to bring a book.

Dr. Oshry has spent as much time as I've needed to understand medical conditions and treatments. I was particularly impressed that he coordinated my care with my cardiologist who was in a different practice/group. A consequence of spending time with his patients is that he can fall beyond and office wait times become a problem. I've waited 45 minutes at times in the exam room before he has been able to see me. Take the first appointment of the day if you can. On the other hand, I've never had to wait more than 48 hours to see him when I've had an issue that has needed his attention. These are the instances where I've experienced the longest wait times. I've not experienced long office wait times for annual physicals.
