We got 3 estimates on replacing the wall-to-wall carpets in four bedrooms, closets, hallway and stairway. We selected B&B based on their sales staff and their willingness to discuss price and options. We had not bought wall-to-wall carpet in more than 20 years. The selections and materials had changed so we need some guidance. We visited the store and selected a few a samples. One was out of stock and they shipped us a sample at their cost. Bob came out as scheduled. He explained their process for measuring, minimizing waste, and experience in the business. He answered our questions well and added information on product and installation. The installation crew of 3 came on time and completed the job within one day. I have waited 3 months to do this review. We continue to be very satisfied with the carpet and with the performance of B&B Floors.

We've had them do several carpet installations for us in the past and they always provided high quality products and service. After upgrading to hardwood in several rooms, we had B&B provide a large custom area rug for one of the rooms. The price was reasonable and the rug is beautiful. Highly recommend them.
