My 2021 F-150 had a display screen problem. Sheehy replaced it promptly and with minimal cost. It was covered under the extended warranty. Automobile extended warranty is the only extended warranty that I carry.

I took my Ford Fusion plug-in hybrid to Sheehy for the convenience of having work done on a Saturday, and immediately regretted it. I simply wanted an oil change, tire rotations, and annual VA safety inspection. I got "the works" package that includes the usual inspections and top offs. When I went to pick up the car they told me that it needed new rear brake rotors, and likely wouldn't pass the safety inspection. This made me suspicious, because with only 33K miles and light usage, the rotors shouldn't have been worn out, and neither my wife nor I noticed any braking issues. Also earlier when I had done the major 30K service at 27K mileage at Sheehy, they didn't mention anything about a developing problem with the brakes. I declined to leave it with them for the brake work, and took it to a local Springfield Auto Repair shop which I had been using for various vehicles for nearly 15 years. That repair shop inspected and road tested the brakes and said the rear brake pad wear and condition of the rear rotors was normal as expected for the 33K mileage on the car and said they had no problem passing it for the VA safety inspection.

I go once. Forever thereafter I'm deluged with advertisements through several media, THEIR recommended service (huh, front wheel alignment -- they must be trying to amortize/monetize their equipment), ... I don't want to be pestered.
