Been going to HRM for over 15 years. Completely reliable - only recommends needed repairs - and states why. A check engine light is on and off, for example - dealership said $975 to correct problem while HRM ran in garage inspections as well as driving and rebooted check engine light and only charged a normal inspection fee. It appears the check engine light on older Hondas have a tendency to light without anything wrong. When the light came on again on three occasions, HRM checked and rebooted light after finding nothing wrong - no charge! HRM advised to note any irregular changes to driving and come back.

All auto work is expensive to me, especially in NoVA, but these guys I trust to be honest about what I really need, to keep me informed, and to do things right. Two visits ago, my breaks went out while I was on the road. I managed to get myself home on 495 using the handbrake. When I got home, I called HRM, and they urged me NOT to drive to Springfield to avoid towing fees, saying they'd cover the tow to ensure I don't drive. God bless them. They're good men.
