My experience with Carstar Metro Collision was extremely disappointing. The quality of their work was poor, particularly with the dent repair, and their repeated attempts to fix the same issue were unsuccessful. To make matters worse, Chris (an African American employee) had an extremely bad attitude, yelling at me when I expressed my dissatisfaction with the substandard repairs. This level of unprofessionalism was shocking and unacceptable. After losing faith in their capabilities, I took my car to another body shop, where they discovered additional problems caused by Metro Collision’s inadequate work. To top it off, the business has a shady practice of pressuring customers to leave a 5-star review on Google before allowing them to pick up their vehicle. They insist you write the review in person, making the whole process feel forced and insincere. On top of the poor repair quality and bad customer service, communication was also a major issue. Updates on the repair were rarely provided—I had to call them myself just to get any information. I would never return to Metro Collision and cannot recommend their services to anyone. Between the poor workmanship, unprofessional behavior, and shady practices, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had with any business.

Honest, informative, thorough. Clear estimate. Handled all interactions with insurance. Excellent work. Carefully explained everything and provided options. Will use again if ever I need this type of work.

At the time of my free estimate to repair a rear end fender bender, the shop manager John carefully explained the parts, repainting, and process needed, including several options. He also said that the repairs would take 3 days, and is what actually happened. That shop is quite busy and it took 3 weeks from the date of estimate until the appointment for work to begin. I was very please by the friendly and professional attitude of the personel with whom I interacted.
