My heat pump was frosted over they came and told me I needed a new defrost board. waited a week for the part to be replaced, After another 4 days same problem. Called back I was told nothing they could do as long as the heat pump was frozen. I am not sure they even replaced the part.

Thankful Evercool was open on the weekend and able to help in an emergency when our heat went out late on a Friday night! Everyone I interacted with from the woman who answered the phone Saturday morning to set up the appointment to Jared, the service tech who came out to help restore our heat were fantastic! Jared kept me informed of potential scenarios and what he was looking at for the diagnostic part as to why our heat went out along the way and was able to fix the problem so we had heat during the polar vortex. I would HIGHLY recommend Evercool and will use them again for maintenance of my system.
