Saw the review by an unsatisfied customer so thought obligated to submit this review even though we contracted them a few years ago but still remember how difficult the owner and some of staff is to deal with. Overall the quality was ok but some wood pieces he used was poor quality with knots, bent, and had other defects which he said was "the rustic look". A couple of times we called his office to express our concerns and the office lady started yelling at me on the phone, accusing us of being bad customers and clearly being very defensive and obnoxious in process. Would stay away from this business as they are not customer oriented and beware of the backlash if you have a complaint. Again, in fairness, the overall work product was fair (seen much better since) but if not for the owner's combative and abrasive attitude, he would probably do a lot better.
