I used a certain masseur for years, and then he changed careers. I was devastated! I tried out several folks over time, and came across Pete. He is amazing! Very kind, considerate, and best of all gives great relaxing massages, deep-tissue even, without residual soreness the next day. He is extremely flexible with regard to location; i.e., he will come to your home if you are comfortable with that, or he has a studio you can go to (in Herndon, VA) should you prefer that environment. I am the kind of person who needs regular massages, and for me, 60 mins is not enough. Many of the regular salons are only doing 60 mins due to COVID, but I can still get 90 with him. He practices extra precautions, masking AND wearing a face shield -- generally following all CDC protocols and then some to ensure your comfort. He is very responsive too. I send him an email and he responds sometimes within hours, but generally not even a full day. A good thing when you need help quick! His website is: www.santanamassage.com / 5713995488.
