Crew is great, high quality work, used AVEC on several exterior projects and found out they can do interior work as well and plan to use them on a few remodels after the holidays. Great pricing, crew always got on site and worked very hard. Foreman is very knowledgable and county inspectors who came out seem to know this crew well and always passed with flying colors. Glad we found them

Another deck builder insisted that we have our deck torn down and completely replaced, saying that it was built of inferior wood the year after the original chemical for pressure-treating wood was banned. They never even checked the condition of the substructure. AVEC checked the substructure, though, and said it was sound, thus saving us thousands of dollars. And they did an excellent job - workers were very pleasant and polite and worked hard - no wasting time.

AVEC replaced our deteriorating wood deck with Trex decking. This was not new deck construction. The pricing was competitive, the work was done promptly (a big plus these days), and the end results more than met our expectations.
