A long time staff who performed well was let go, replaced by a new individual who was one of 2 to support our property - when one on them left the second was swamped, but not working smart - i.e. returning a phone call with his name and phone number rather than an answer to the question poised. It had been difficult to get any answer out of him, let alone a prompt one. He has subsequently been replaced.
