Fast forward to 2015. We needed replacement parts and could not locate our invoice, which is needed in order to receive replacement parts from Rainbow under their "lifetime warranty". I contacted Dogwood Builders to see if they still had our invoice on record, and much to my surprise, they contacted me right away to tell me that they did have it, and they mailed me a copy right away. Talk about great customer service!
I'm not sure if they are still Rainbow Playset dealers, but I know they take customer service seriously. I would recommend them to otheres.
