The entire crew of the Oakton store was very helpful and our flooring installers did an excellent job. They completed 4 rooms in one day, quality work, great cleanup. Prices were very competitive. We were very pleased with their work and our interactions with them.

We used Clawes to refinish the living and dining room hardwood floors and they did an amazing job. They perfectly matched the butterscotch finish of the Bruce hardwood in the family room, something that isn’t easily done as Bruce’s stains/tints are proprietary. They also did a great job of refinishing the kitchen floor; a job that required removing porcelain tile and the underlying cement board and installing a new underlayment and luxury vinyl.

My first review on Checkbook. I cannot say enough about Clawes. Katherine in the Oakton office is great to work with. After waiting weeks for an estimate from another company I called Clawes. Katherine came out and gave us an estimate on the spot! She also measured our upstairs and sent us an estimate for that future project. Both projects (August and December 2021) went off without a hitch. Every single person I worked with was professional and just really, really easy to work with - including the owner, Bobby Clawes, who came out himself to take care of a special item that we requested.
