Mark and team built a superb screened in porch for us; we use it all the time and it's probably the best 'room' in our house! The structural work they did was absolutely first rate--large posts, dug in deep and set with cement. Closely spaced joists--the structure is rock solid. We upgraded to Ipe for the flooring and it wasn't overly expensive and is absolutely stunning. The best part, though, was the detail and extent of the trim work--top notch. I've built a bunch of things over the years and I wouldn't have built it better. Mark and team did a great job with coordination and communication even though this was built back in the COVID days. They have built multiple screened in porches in the neighborhood and all look great. His prices were very competitive as well. Couldn't ask for better!
