Overall experience has been positive - certainly compared to a couple other property management services I've used over the years. They integrated the degree of interaction I desired (I wanted a significant role in selecting replacement appliances and certain service providers, for example). Only criticism is sometimes they had to be prodded/reminded to provide promised updates/feedback.

Residence had residual plumbing issues that occurred shortly after occupancy - the problems ware result of prior or other building occupants. Took care of clogged kitchen sink but failed to accommodate toilet clogged due to flushed foreign object. Responses to issues have not always been timely.

Failure to disclose mold in unit and ignored numerous requests to take care of it. All of my services requests were ignored. They waited 9 wks to do move-in inspection. The apt was not cleaned or painted before my move in and I was charged for all damages done by prior residents. Fabricated charges and and kept all of my security deposit. The list goes on.
