We have worked out with the owner of Custom Kinetics for years. He is smart, friendly, and really expert in what he does. We have recommended him to two friends and one family member. He's just terrific. It's pleasant spending time with him. He can help anyone from young competitive athletes to someone in their 60s or 70s who never worked out before. Video workouts are available.

I've worked out with Geoff twice a week for about five years. Unlike a lot of the trainers I've used in the past, Geoff has a 4 year degree in athletic training and he spent about 7 years teaching other trainers so he really knows his stuff. He and his partner have a really nice large private gym in Tysons area. I highly reccomend

I have seen Geoff for 3 years for back pain and weight loss. He has designed a specific plan for me which has reduced my chiropractic visits from once a week to once every 6 months. Weight loss is harder due to physical restrictions but he tirelessly encourages me and remains very attentive to details to ensure I'm exercising correctly.
