he SleePare mattress store in Tyson’s is a great idea put into practice. This store allows you try out multiple on-line higher end mattresses in one location. In addition, the store manager Dustin Morgan is very knowledgeable about the characteristics of the different mattress brands and the offerings within those brands. There is no hard sell. Just take your time and try out the different mattresses and ask Dustin questions as you go along. It is best to make an appointment, which is easy to do online.

the best experience I've ever had buying a mattress. Dustin took an hour showing me different ones, took pictures of my back while I was on the mattress to make sure I got one that fully supported it. Customer service is excellent.

I have literally struggled to make a decision about buying a new mattress for a few years. Every time I would get struck with paralysis by analysis. Particularly with respect to all of the new online 'only' mattress brands that are more focused on environmentally friendly options. How to differentiate? And who wants to deal with a return within 30 days? Then what do you sleep on? I found SleePARE through one of the manufacturers I was considering and made an appointment to come in over Memorial Day. They were great, patient, knowledgeable. The set-up allows you to really get a sense of what each is like and I felt that I could do that safely. They also offered the white glove service that you could not get from the online retailers for an extra fee - but otherwise - I received the mattress and other included 'goodies' (free pillows, mattress pad, etc.) that was a seasonal promotion (which I did not expect). When I changed my mind and wanted to cancel white glove (had some young friends who wanted the old mattress and could help with set-up/take-down of new/old mattresses) - they handled it incredibly well considering the quickness of delivery and reimbursed me on the spot over the phone. I highly recommend. I am sleeping way better and ended up with a brand that wasn't even on my radar.
