Field manager gave a good initial impression, but poor follow through and communication. They cleaned up and mulched some beds nicely, but trimming of some azaleas and rhododendrons was much more severe than was warranted. They should have asked first. In mid August I asked them to aerate and slit seed the lawn, and they didn't get around to it until early October. (In September they said they'd be out within a week.) The work that was finally done was very patchy, and no care was taken to ensure that the full lawn was properly seeded. I was given no watering instructions. I learned later from a crew member putting down fertilizer that Green Hill contracts out the seeding to a third party contractor. Fine if they do that, but they must still supervise and make sure the job is done correctly. I cancelled their lawn services after about 3 months.
